About Us
History and Philosophy:
Dan Bacal has been a trial attorney in Ohio and California for
over 20 years. His practice has concentrated on personal injury
litigation and criminal defense litigation. Mr. Bacal's philosophy
as a trial attorney is to aggressively represent the rights of
his clients who have been injured or accused of a crime. He attempts
to settle cases without trial if that is in the best interest
of the client. If settlement is not possible, Mr. Bacal will
go to trial on behalf of his clients. He has tried many cases
in the more than 20 years he has been a trial lawyer.
Legal Fees:
The initial consultation is free. Personal injury cases are handled
on a contingent fee basis. Criminal cases are charged on an hourly
fee and flat fee basis. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
